TMCI Padovan Features
This self-bearing stainless steel machine from TMCI Padovan can be customized for different thermal cycles, including pasteurization, heating, and cooling. It is available as a monoblock structure for small systems and as a modular installation for applications of larger scales. Depending on the application, it may be laid out to contain either one or multiple decks.
Aside from a flexible configuration, this beverage processing machine also features:
- Removable ceilings for easy maintenance
- Inclined basins, rectangular manhole covers, and removable double pre-filters to facilitate cleaning of circulating pumps as well as the basins themselves
- Durable transport belt made of synthetic material
- Registration valves, circulating pumps, exchangers, and gear-motors mounted on the external side of the tunnel for simple system management and maintenance
- Specially designed spray nozzles and thermal recovery for energy efficiency
- PLC integrated with SCADA and TELESERVICE systems to easily register process data, browse countless production recipes, and quickly deal with anomalies
- Available options for automatic control of pasteurization unit, cooling system, and water management

- Registration valves, exchangers, circulating pumps and gear-motors are installed on the external side of the tunnel, to simplify the maintenance operations and the system management.
- An excellent energy efficiency is ensured through the use of special spray nozzles which require low hydraulic heads, and thanks to the thermal recovery combined to the low quantity of water contained in the inertial basins.
- PLC integrated with SCADA and TELESERVICE system to select endless production recipes, register the process data and promptly intervene on any anomalies.
