The MIHO New Optic 2 Fill Level inspection machine is best suited for high level operation.
This fill level inspection instrument ensures maximum precision and extensive level of competence for all kinds of liquids, whether transparent, opaque or foaming type. Moreover, this fill level inspection machine has an advanced camera and lighting technology that works with several optical axes and variable lighting. Up to seven images are made per bottle.
Not only does it guarantee quality fill level control but also provides cap inspection for exact fitting on packaging material. An additional camera checks the color and logo of your product.
Lastly, to enhance all-around quality assurance, MIHO New Optic 2 also checks the date on top of the lid and on the edge of the lid or bottle.
