Last February 2014, Elixir Industrial Equipment Inc., held its annual Business Review and Strat-Plan at Baguio City. This event provides the organization and its key personnel to review and evaluate their goals for the past year while building new ones for the coming year. Business matters aside, the four-day event also provides an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie, family values and team work through various team-building activities. In sum, Elixir hopes to equip its people with the knowledge, tools and the mindset in order to promote growth in each individual, therefore establishing a solid foundation for the organization.

Attendees of the event included Mr. Wilfred Gui, President and CEO of Elixir, together with Mrs. Sharron Manzano, Commercial Director, Dr. Edwin Calilung, Technical Director, and Mr. Vic Uy, General Manager of Cebu Operations.
